Bisphenol A (BPA) is a chemical commonly used in producing plastics and resins, often found in food and beverage containers. Research indicates that BPA can leach into consumables, potentially leading to health concerns such as effects on the brain and prostate gland of foetuses, infants, and children, as well as possible links to increased blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
We do not offer plastic drink bottles, as we are committed to reducing plastic usage to protect the planet. Plastic bottles significantly contribute to environmental pollution and climate change. For instance, single-use plastic water bottles are clogging our oceans, rivers, streets, and landfills, and they poison our air when incinerated. Additionally, the production of single-use plastics emits vast amounts of greenhouse gases, exacerbating climate change. By offering alternatives such as stainless steel or glass drink bottles, we aim to provide sustainable options that minimize environmental impact and promote a healthier planet.
We recommend hand-washing our reusable drinkware to preserve their quality and longevity. Dishwashers can subject items to high temperatures and harsh detergents, which may compromise the integrity of materials over time. Adore-Eco operates primarily in Australia, offering customized services to our clients. Our bottles are manufactured in China, where we also maintain an office to oversee production and ensure quality standards.

Yes, you can order a single item in multiple colours.
Certainly! Most of our bottles are available in stock and can be shipped the next day.

You may cancel your order at any time before it enters production. However, once your items have been customized with your logo, cancellation is no longer possible. If you need to modify your order for any reason, please contact your account manager directly for assistance.
We understand your interest in ordering below the minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, MOQs are established to ensure that production and fulfillment processes remain cost-effective and efficient. Ordering quantities below the MOQ may not be feasible due to these operational considerations.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at 25 units. However, each product may have a different MOQ. Please refer to the specific product page for detailed

We offer unbranded samples of our products at no charge; however, please note that shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. To request samples, simply
inform us of the specific models you’re interested in, and we’ll arrange for them to be sent to you promptly.
Our standard lead time is 1–3 weeks after artwork approval, depending on the order quantity — and we often deliver sooner.
Artwork
To customize your products, we require your logo in a vector file format, such as SVG, EPS, or AI. Vector files are essential because they can be scaled to any size
without losing quality, ensuring your logo appears crisp and clear on all products. If a vector file isn’t available, please provide the highest-resolution version of your
logo, and we can assist in converting it to a vector format. This process ensures optimal print quality for your customized items.

closely with you to bring it to life.
To ensure you’re completely satisfied before production begins, we provide a Virtual Proof with every order. This proof displays the exact colour, location, and size of
your logo on the product. Additionally, we can create a Vision Board (virtual sample) to give you a photo-realistic depiction of the final products. This allows you to
visualize the end result and make any necessary adjustments before we proceed.
We offer multiple high-quality decoration options to suit your design needs: Laser Engraving, UV Printing, Thermal Transfer, Screen Printing, and 5D Relief Printing.
We offer the following advanced surface treatment options to enhance durability, aesthetics, and functionality: Powder Coating, Electroplating, Rubber Paint,
Rainbow Paint, Gradient Paint, Spray Painting and Hydrographic Printing.
Customisation
Yes, we do offer Pantone (PMS) color matching for the bottles. While we have a wide range of colors available for each bottle, if you can’t find a perfect match for
your brand identity, we can provide custom PMS color matching. Please note, there is a minimum order quantity of 200 units for this service.
Yes, custom packaging is available! We offer branded packaging designs with a minimum order requirement of 200 units.
Yes, custom bottle shapes are possible for large orders. Simply submit your concept, and we’ll provide a quote. The minimum order quantity starts at 5,000
units.
Payment
We require 100% prepayment. Before production can begin, all outstanding balances must be paid in full.
You can pay for your order via EFT, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. American Express cards however will incur an additional 3.5% fee.
Shipping/Returns
Orders ship from Yiwu, China, or locally within Australia when stock is available — giving you flexible delivery options.
Since our manufacturer is in China, and we ship to worldwide from our office in Yiwu.
Absolutely! In some cases, you may get better shipping rates through your corporate account. Just provide your shipping account number to your sales rep,
and they’ll ensure the order is shipped with that account.
Yes, we can arrange deliveries to multiple locations or countries. However, please note that this will be more expensive than shipping to a single location. Feel free to
contact us for more information on this service.
We’re committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your water bottles. Before placing your order, we can send you a physical sample and will always provide an artwork proof for your approval before production begins. Please note, we do not accept returns unless the issue is caused by our error.
