From Surviving to Thriving

I used to feel exhausted all the time.
My face looked dull,
as if it had been worn down by the weight of life.
At just 30 years old, I looked 50.

Deep down, I knew something was wrong.
I knew my diet wasn’t right.
I knew I needed to move my body.
I knew I was quick to anger,
carrying the stress of being a single mum.
I knew I needed a change.

My self-esteem,
my self-confidence—
both had hit rock bottom.

But how? Where do I even start?

Like others do?
Take supplements—but which ones? What did my body really need?
Start exercising—but where? Running? The gym? It all felt overwhelming.

Making a change seemed impossible.
It felt impossible because I didn’t have the knowledge.
Impossible because I didn’t know where to start.
Impossible because I was drowning in conflicting advice.
Impossible because I was too exhausted to even try.
Impossible because I cared too much about whether the results would meet my expectations.

Then everything shifted in October 2018.
I discovered a book called The Prime, and it opened my eyes.
It gave me knowledge.
It gave me awareness.

For the first time,
I understood how my body worked,
what it needed,
and why I felt the way I did. That knowledge became my turning point.
I began paying close attention to every ingredient in my food and the products I used.
